Albion face “a fine at most” after being charged with breaking FA rules.
The club are alleged to have committed several breaches of regulations on working with intermediaries between January 2015 and January 2018.
Albion revealed they themselves reported "historical administrative errors" and have co-operated fully with the FA throughout.
They are now facing a financial penalty for what is a paperwork issue.

Football finance lecturer Kieran Maguire said: “It is likely to be another fine at most, no points deductions for administrative errors.”
Albion were fined £90,000 after an error when acting in good faith as they signed Dale Stephens six-and-a-half years ago.
