Albion midfielder Inessa Kaagman will be hoping to help the Netherlands take another step closer to a medal in Tokyo.
The Netherlands take on favourites to win the gold medal USA in the quarter-finals this lunchtime (12pm).
Kaagman was given her first involvement in the matchday squad on Tuesday as she was an unused substitute in their 8-2 win over China.
The Netherlands will be hoping to keep their impressive form in front of goal.
Sarina Wiegman’s side finished as the top scorers in the group stage by a country mile, finding the back of the net 21 times in their three groups games.
That is over double the amount of goals as the next best side in the competition, Sweden (9).
The USA headed into the tournament as the overwhelming favourites to win the gold medal.
But they have so far struggled to dominate games.
They got their campaign off to the worst possible start after being beaten 3-0 by Sweden.
However, they got back on track with a 6-1 rout against New Zealand on Saturday.
Vlatko Andonovski’s side finished the groups stage with a goalless draw against Australia.
As well as struggling in front of goal, the USA have also found it difficult to keep goals out the back of their net, keeping just one clean sheet.
