Albion fans have been told not to worry about Moises Caicedo’s knee injury.
The midfielder went down in pain while playing for Ecuador against Brazil in the Copa America on Sunday.
But he was yesterday still hoping to play in this weekend’s quarter-final against Argentina.
An Argus contact with the Ecuador squad in Brazil said: “People saw him walk almost normally.
“I talked with an official and he told me that theoretically he can play against Argentina if the coach wants.

Caicedo was in the group who left the team hotel for training yesterday.
Ecuador will be rank outsiders for the tie in Goiania, which kicks off at 10pm on Saturday local time - or 2am on Sunday here.
