Moises Caicedo suffered a knee injury in the Copa America this evening.
The young Albion midfielder was hurt in the first ten minutes of Ecuador’s game against Brazil.
He landed awkwardly in an aerial challenge with Douglas Luiz and his left knee appeared to buckle under him.
After treatment, Caicedo returned to the pitch but was not moving freely.
He changed direction a couple of times and just a few seconds later he again slumped to the turf in pain and had to be stretchered off.
