Jakub Moder could get his chance to shine on the big European stage.
The midfielder is widely expected to start for Poland as they tackle former champions Spain at Euro 2020.
He would be the first Albion player to start at this tournament.
Moder impressed as sub in the 2-1 defeat to Slovakia in the opening round of fixtures.
Poland have lost Grzegorz Krychowiak to suspension after he was sent off in that match.
Albion used Moder in wider roles last season and that is an area where Paulo Sousa felt his side disappointed in the first game.
The Poland boss said: “We need to be more in effective in the side corridors and, when we have spaces, to produce much more quality with our crosses, our decisions, our passes to create chances to shoot.”
JURGEN LOCADIA'S LOAN STINT TO COME TO AN END
Robert Sanchez is likely to be on the bench for Spain in tonight’s game (8pm, Seville).
Albion fans will follow the Euro action while keeping an eye out for transfer news Arsenal are expected to pursue Ben White, who was not in the matchday 23 for England at home to Scotland last night.
There is also a suggestion of Tottenham interest in wing-back Tariq Lamptey.
