Ben White has been named among the subs as England open their Euro 2020 campaign.
The Albion defender could have a part to play at some stage of the Group D fixture against Croatia at Wembley.
White was called into the 26-man squad after Trent Alexander-Arnold withdrew with injury.
There was speculation he could start against Croatia.
Right-footer Kieran Trippier starts at left-back in a four with John Stones and Tyrone Mings in the middle.
Defenders Ben Chilwell and Harry Maguire are absent from the matchday 23 along with Jadon Sancho
Albion forward Leandro Trossard was an unused sub last night as Belgium eased past Russia 3-0.
