Brighton defender Ben White has been named as the men's player of the season.
He made the joint-most appearances for the Seagulls in debut season in the Premier League along with midfielder Yves Bissouma (36), who left the awards ceremony empty-handed.
White beat Bissouma and skipper Lewis Dunk to the award, who made up the top three.

Dunk did win the players' player of the season.
The women’s player of the season went to forward Aileen Whelan, who held off stiff competition from top scorer Inessa Kaagman to win the award.
Whelan’s four goals helped Hope Powell’s side to record their best ever finish in the WSL, of sixth.
