Dan Burn can banish bad Wolves memories by impressing at wing-back.
Burn is likely to start out wide at Molineux.
He had a torrid time on the left of a back three when Wolves drew 3-3 at the Amex this season.
But he has looked more at home at wing-back, not least against Leeds last week.
Albion boss Graham Potter was giving little away when asked whether wing-back is Burn’s best role in the current squad and system.
He said: “I think that is the great thing about Dan.
"He can play him in a few positions and whichever position we play him in he absolutely commits to it and does his absolute best.
“As a coach you can’t ask for any more than that.
“He just tries his best every day and, if I was a supporter, I would really appreciate that.
“He does his best in every game and every training session and gives everything.
“He appreciates where he is at, appreciates the club, appreciates his team.
“He has contributed to wins in that position.
“He brings something different. He brings an option.”
Burn was troubled by Adama Traore at the Amex but Potter would love to see him cause Wolves problems going the other way.
There is scope for that in the wing-back role.

Potter added: “Sometimes, when teams are going to high press you, you have got a chance to go over it.
“Sometimes, if they are in a deep block, you have got a chance of crossing to him at the back post.
“There are some things he brings that are difficult to defend against.
“I think we can get better at using him as well.”
