Lewis Dunk admits Albion remain confident they can beat the drop despite their defeat to already-relegated Sheffield United.
The Seagulls missed the chance to move ten points clear of the drop after losing 1-0 at Bramall Lane.
The defeat means they remain seven clear of Fulham having played the same number of games, but they still have a far superior goal difference to the Cottagers.
Graham Potter’s men have a tough final five games of the season which includes facing two of the top six at home in leaders Manchester City and fifth place West Ham.
They also travel to Wolves and Arsenal.
But before then they host Leeds at the Amex on Saturday, but despite their tough run-in, Dunk insists Albion are confident they can stay in the Premier League.
Speaking to the club’s website, he said: “Every game is tough in this league.
“We have shown this season that we can beat the big teams and we have got a few of them left.
“We are confident in our dressing room that we will be fine and we have got to keep fighting until the end.
“Everyone in the dressing room wants to get us over the line. We have got a good team spirit, good players and manager here.
“We know we have got enough to stay in this league.”
