Florin Andone is attempting to maintain a philosophical approach as he battles injury.

But it seems the frustration is starting to show.

The Albion striker is closing in on a return to training.

He saw his comeback from a long-term knee injury put on hold when he suffered a hamstring problem 13 minutes into his first game with the under-23s recently.

Head coach Graham Potter believes he could resume training in the next few days.

Potter said: “It is not a major problem. Again we are in the same place of building his match minutes up.

“He has been out for a while with a long injury so it's important we manage it.

“His attitude has been really good but we need to make the right steps.”

In his latest update on social media, Andone wrote: “Some post photos of themselves playing and I post photos training with the physio. Okay, that’s life. Let’s keep going.”
