Aaron Connolly has been told to forget his recent frustrations - by smashing the ball into the net.
The Albion striker could play for the Republic of Ireland in Serbia tonight as they kick off their qualifying campaign for the next World Cup.
Connolly has had injury and disciplinary problems of late.
But his club are confident those are behind him and are keen to see him increase fitness while he is with the national team.
Ireland boss Stephen Kenny said﹕“Aaron is a little bit undercooked.
“He hadn’t played in a while and had that rib injury and couldn’t train but he has come in on the back of three days training. He trained on Monday and did some finishing.
“When you train in the stadium, when you hit the back of the net it becomes real.

“Every time they hit the back of the net in training it is a real good feeling and hopefully he can bring that into the game.”
A first senior goal for the Republic would give Connolly a massive boost.
Leandro Trossard could play for Belgium against Wales.
