On-loan Albion defender has suffered a knee ligament injury whilst playing for Red Bull Salzburg
On-loan Albion defender Bernardo has suffered a knee ligament injury whilst playing for Red Bull Salzburg.
The 25-year-old went off 56 minutes into their 3-0 win over SV Ried at the end of last month.
Salzburg confirmed days later that Bernardo suffered a partial rupture of the collateral ligament in his left knee and will miss several weeks.
He has already missed four games in all competitions and is not due to return until next month.
