Graham Potter has laughed off claims Albion are facing a Premier League six-pointer.
But his team could be boosted on the bench as they meet Fulham.
The Seagulls head coach confirmed today that Aaron Connolly and Adam Lallana are back in training and could make the bench.
Danny Welbeck, Tariq Lamptey and Alireza Jahanbakhsh remain absent.
Albion would open an eight-point lead over the Cottagers with victory.
But an away win would leave them just two points above Scott Parker’s men, who have a game in hand.
Potter said: “As far as I know you only get three points for this one.
“But if we win I’ll take six, no problem!
“If you ask me, if you ask Scott, I’m sure we would both say we’d love to win.
“Three points would be fantastic for us.
GRAHAM POTTER'S PRESS CONFERENCE
“The reality is we have got another 50-odd points to play for in the Premier League.
“Nothing is finished in January you have to keep fighting.
“But I’m sure both teams want to win.”
Albion lost 4-2 to Fulham two years ago this week but the Cottagers still went down.
