Adam Lallana suffered a groin problem during Albion’s 2-2 draw at West Ham.
The midfielder was replaced at half-time with Steven Alzate taking over in midfield.
Lallana will be assessed ahead of the home game with Arsenal on Tuesday.
Tariq Lamptey has already been ruled out of the Gunners’ visit.
Head coach Graham Potter said of Lallana: “He had a problem with his groin. He felt a little bit of an injury.
“We are hoping it is not too bad but it was a feeling that he had.”

Lamptey missed out today with a hamstring issue and could miss the two forthcoming home fixtures.
Potter said: “Tariq is progressing but probably a little bit slower than we thought so he won’t be available for Arsenal and at this stage is very doubtful for Wolves.”

Aaron Connolly also missed today’s game.
Potter said the striker suffered “a twinge yesterday in his groin area” and added: “Disappointing for him and for us.”
