Chris Wilder says he will bring Sheffield United to the Amex with renewed belief.
The Blades boss saw his side push Manchester United hard before losing 3-2 at Bramall Lane.
But they suffered an early setback when midfielder Sander Berge went off with a hamstring injury.
United still only have one point this season but Wilder believes that does not do them justice.
The Blades boss said: "There are examples of teams going 12, 13, 14 games without a win.
“I feel we should be on more points but the reality is we are there for a reason.
“Tonight has given myself and the players a belief that if we do play in the manner we played - especially out of possession - that there is something left in this season for us.
"I will stick my head on the pillow tonight knowing the team has left everything out there."
