Albion under-23s winger Ryan Longman has joined AFC Wimbledon on a season-long loan.
He is the latest Seagulls prospect to head out in the quest for experience.
Longman signed a two-year deal earlier this week.
Technical director Dan Ashworth said: “This is a great opportunity for Ryan to test himself at a good level in the EFL.
"He will learn what is expected in that environment and it’s up to him to use this opportunity to kick on.
“Like all our players going out on loan, we will monitor his development during the season and we wish him all the best.”
Among the first to congratulate Longman on his move was Albion midfielder Max Sanders, who did well on loan to the Dons last term.
