Albion will allow 2,500 spectators to watch their friendly against Chelsea on Saturday (3pm).
They received the green light from the government this afternoon.
Tickets will be made available to season-ticket holders and 1901 Club members.
They will be sold in priority windows, based on loyalty points.
The match is all-ticket and there will be no ticket sales on the day.
Fans will be accommodated in the East Stand.
Albion are leading the way in the return of spectators to Premier League stadia.
They are confident their nine-year-old stadium is ideal to host fans in a controlled and safe environment.
No away fans will be permitted for the Chelsea match.
