Jan Paul van Hecke could be on the way to Brighton
Albion have agreed to sign NAC Breda centre-back Jan Paul van Hecke, according to reports.
Dutch publication BN DeStem said Brighton have agreed a £1.8million fee for the 20-year-old, which could rise to £2.7million depending on appearances.
The report also claims Graham Potter plans to loan Van Hecke out with FC Utrecht in Holland’s top flight the prefered destination.
The centre back was linked with a move to AS Monaco earlier in the summer.
The Seagulls have recently signed Adam Lallana, Jensen Weir and Holland international Joel Veltman.
