Albion could have more idea of how their Premier League run-in looks today.
The 20 clubs get back around the screens to discuss a wide variety of topics, including matchday operations and what happens if the season cannot end.
They do against the backdrop of another encouraging set of Covid-19 test results.
An individual at Tottenham recorded the only positive result from 1,197 examinations carried out on Monday and Tuesday.
It is understood a draft fixture list for at least some of the remaining matches will be shown to the clubs today. Albion expect to host Arsenal on June 20 or 21.
An increase to five substitutions will also be on the agenda.
Southampton chief executive Martin Semmens has broken ranks to give some idea of what is on the table today.
He said: “Let’s look at all the protocols we’ve been given, let’s work out really clearly whether we can do this and we can get to the highest standard possible.
“I’ve seen the paperwork and it’s massive and it’s a big job for us to do.”
