ALBION'S young guns get another chance to impress head coach Graham Potter in the first friendly on English soil tonight.
The Seagulls make the short trip to Crawley (7.45pm) and have another friendly against Fulham at Aldershot tomorrow (3pm) as preparations move up a gear for their third season in the Premier League.
Several under-23s were involved in last week's training camp in Austria, including Steven Alzate and Max Sanders. Both featured in the 5-2 warm-up win against FC Liefering at the end of the trip to the Alpine country.
Potter revealed: "We will probably take a slightly younger group to Crawley to make sure we have a good look at those guys as a collective and then maybe a more experienced group against Fulham.
"But essentially it will be similar in terms of trying to build the ideas, the fitness and the match minutes.
"Everybody has been fine from Austria so that has been really positive for pre-season, no problems touch wood so far.
"We'll carry on with our work. The more players we have available, the more of a headache I'll have, but that's a good thing."
It remains to be seen whether Anthony Knockaert features against relegated Fulham, who are interested in signing the French winger.
Albion face Championship opposition again when they travel to Birmingham a week tomorrow, then entertain Valencia at the Amex on August 2 before launching the league campaign at Watford on August 10.
Crawley are working towards their opening League Two fixture at Carlisle on August 3 under Italian head coach Gabriele Cioffi.
The Reds were beaten 3-2 at home by Potter's former club Swansea in their first pre-season outing.
