Albion are poised to complete the near-£18 million club record capture of Belgian winger Leandro Trossard.
The Genk captain has agreed a five-year deal and will travel with his representative to Brighton tomorrow for a medical and to sign on the dotted line.
Albion have seen off widespread interest in Trossard. Arsenal and Aston Villa are among the admirers of the 24-year-old, who led Genk to the Belgian title last season.
Trossard will be the second addition to the squad under new head coach Graham Potter following the signing of Portsmouth Central defender Matt Clarke.
