Unbeaten Albion under-23s maintained their remarkable start to the season at the Lancing training complex tonight.
Simon Rusk's side drew 2-2 with Everton in their opening group game in the Premier League International Cup.
They have now beaten Manchester City and West Ham and drawn with Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal and Everton in league and cup action.
Albion fell behind in the 25th minute. Ben Barclay was punished for a foul on Josh Bowler and Bassala Sambou converted the ensuing penalty.
Barclay made amends on the hour, heading in Markus Suttner's corner at the near post.
The Seagulls were ahead six minutes later, James Tilley turning in a free-kick from experienced Austrian left-back Suttner.
Ellis Simms earned Everton a point in the 75th minute, firing into the roof of the net from close range.
Albion have attractive group matches to follow at home to European heavyweights Bayern Munich and Benfica.
Albion (4-3-3): Keto; Moore, White, Barclay, Suttner; Collar, Gwargis (Dreyer 69), J. Davies (Normann 78); Tilley (Cox 83), Connolly, Gyokeres.
