Glenn Murray is fit to lead Albion's attack in Saturday's Premier League opener at Watford.
Jurgen Locadia is also available, but summer signing Florin Andone and Colombian World Cup winger Jose Izquierdo both miss out.
Murray went off in the early stages of last Friday's final friendly against Nantes at the Amex.
Boss Chris Hughton told The Argus today: "Glenn's fine, he is back training. He went for a ball the day before the Nantes game, whacked his back and neck, started the game and probably if he's had another 24 hours he'd have been okay."
Locadia sustained a groin injury in the friendly at AFC Wimbledon, while groin trouble has restricted Romanian striker Andone to 45 minutes in the friendly in Nice.
Hughton said: "Locadia is fine. He's been training. Andone is still not quite there, but we expect him to train tomorrow or Monday, and Izquierdo hasn't quite made it.
"Coming back from a World Cup campaign, it's just giving him that little bit more time to get up to speed."
