Albion skipper Jimmy Collins has died. He was 80.
The Scottish inside-forward played for the club between 1962 and 1967, making 221 appearances and scoring 48 goals.
He led the team to the division four title in 1964-65.
Collins signed for £9,000 having been spotted by boss George Curtis playing a back-up role at Tottenham and went on to become a firm Goldstone favourite.
Although a Scot, he remained in the area after leaving the club, living in Shoreham.
