Albion's striker shortage has eased and they could soon have Glenn Murray, Tomer Hemed and Sam Baldock in the squad together for the first time this season.

Murray, hit by ankle trouble, scored twice at West Ham last Friday.

Hemed is available after a three-match ban for Southampton's visit to the Amex on Sunday (1.30pm) and Baldock (calf) has played twice in the under-23s with midfield injury victim Berak Kayal (broken leg).

Hughton, speaking at his press briefing for Southampton's visit, said today: "The only injury at this moment is Steve Sidwell (back), who will still be a while.

"Apart from that everybody else is fit and available, which is very good news."

Baldock and Kayal are unlikely to be in the matchday 18 but Hughton is pleased with their progress.

"Both of them have played in the last two under-23 games," he said. "They haven't had the training or build-up that the others have had, but both have looked good in the games and worked hard on their rehab programmes."

Hemed was restrospectively suspended for three matches for treading on Newcastle defender DeAndre Yedlin.

Hughton said of the Isreali's return to contention: "It's a big boost, particularly with Sam having been out. Izzy Brown we know can play up front. His best position at the moment would be off the striker or possibly wide.

"That being the case it's good to have Sam back in the frame and Tomer was in very good form before the ban, so it's good to have him back."

Southampton, meanwhile have been hit by an injury blow. Their £18 million former Juventus central midfielder Mario Lemina has been ruled out of the match at the Amex by an ankle problem.
