Albion have strengthened their attacking options for the under-23s squad by signing Steven Alzate from Leyton Orient.
The 18-year-old has been snapped up for an undisclosed fee until 2020.
Alzate can operate as an orthodox striker or on either wing. He made a dozen appearances in League Two last season for Orient, where he has been from under-13 level.
Albion under-23s coach Simon Rusk said: "He is someone who did well to break into the Leyton Orient first team from their academy last season and adds a new dimension to our attacking options."
The under-23s have a friendly against Shoreham at Culver Road, Lancing, tomorrow night (7.15pm).
