Whitehawk have appointed Jimmy Dack as first team manager.

The former Crawley Town man worked as assistant to Andy Woodman in the latter stages of last season.

Dack inherits a threadbare first team squad but a thriving youth set-up.

He said: “I see huge potential to grow the club, expand the academy and also to bring the club into the community.

"From speaking to the owners, they have a massive desire to take the club forwards into a new stadium and to also build more links within our community.”
