Albion scored three extra-time goals to secure the Parafix Sussex Senior Cup tonight.
James Tilley’s superb left-foot finish from Tyler Forbes’ cross in the 97th minute sent them on the way to a 3-0 win over Crawley Town in the final at the Amex.
They made sure of the silverware in the second extra period as Richie Towell made the most of some catastrophic defending. There was still timee for Joe Ward to fire home the third.
Albion were generally on top and enjoyed huge amounts of possession.
But the otherwise impressive Forbes fired their best chance of normal time over the bar after Ward sent him through in the second half.
Forbes redeemed himself for that deep into added time when his goal-saving challenge on Enzio Boldewijn prevented Reds from nicking a winner and took the match into the extra half-hour.
