Solly March is fighting to be fit for Albion's potential promotion clincher against Wigan at the Amex tomorrow.
The England under-21s winger suffered a heel injury in the second half of Friday's 2-0 win at Wolves.
March tried to continue but was eventually replaced by Jamie Murphy and is under treatment in an attempt to retain the left-wing spot.
Boss Chris Hughton named an unchanged team at Wolves following the win at QPR a week earlier.
Former Wigan defender Gaetan Bong, Liam Rosenior and Beram Kayal were all available but not involved in the 18.
Sam Baldock (glutes), Shane Duffy (foot fracture) and Connor Goldson (heart condition) remain sidelined.
