Albion are set to lose Lewis Dunk from the heart of their rock-solid defence for two matches later in the season.
Dunk, who has forged a formidable partnership with Shane Duffy, collected his sixth caution in 16 appearances in the closing stages of Friday's stalemate with Aston Villa.
Dunk has already been banned once for five bookings. Accumulating ten yellow cards before the second Sunday in April incurs an automatic two-game suspension.
Albion are anticipating another big turnout for Fulham's visit on Saturday after the match against Villa attracted the third highest crowd ever at the Amex.
The attendance of 30,107 was swelled by 3,258 supporters in the away end.
The Amex record of 30,292 was set against Derby at the end of last season, while a gate of 30,278 saw the FA Cup tie against Arsenal in January 2015.
The Villa crowd was the biggest ever for a midweek fixture.
