Albion’s band of brothers want to sing their way to the Premier League.
The Championship high flyers have adopted a Neil Diamond classic as their post-match victory song They will hope to belt it out again after Friday’s likely sell-out against resurgent Aston Villa at the Amex.
In The Argus today, former assistant boss Bob Booker describes Albion’s team spirit as the best since the early “us against the world” days at Withdean.
Sweet Caroline has become the Seagulls’ singalong in the changing room when the current tight-knit squad enjoy wins.
Winger Jamie Murphy revealed: “We have the same song every time we win. It has turned into a tradition.
“It just came on one day. I think it was halfway through last season when we were on a good run.
“It has turned into the first song that comes on when we win and everyone sings along.
“It’s just a little bit of fun so, if we win, you will normally hear us singing away in the changing room.”
