Gaetan Bong is in contention for his first Albion start for five months at MK Dons today.
The first choice left-back returned from long-term thigh damage as a late substitute in Tuesday's 1-0 home win against Reading.
Liam Rosenior was switched to the right side of midfield at the expense of Anthony Knockaert, who was substituted for the third game in succession.
Boss Chris Hughton has the option of retaining Rosenior in the position he occupied at the start of the season to facilitate a full comeback for Bong, who was injured in late October.
Hughton is unlikely to make any other changes as Albion try to stretch their return to form to one defeat in 12 matches.
A first-time front pairing of James Wilson and Sam Baldock worked well against Reading, the pair combining for the only goal of the game by the Manchester United loanee.
Tomer Hemed, top scorer with 11 goals, will have to settle for a place on the bench again.
