Albion will still be without Bruno and Craig Mackail-Smith at Huddersfield tomorrow night.
Joao Teixeira is also under observation before a decision is made about his availability for the flight to Yorkshire.
Bruno missed Saturday's 2-1 home defeat by Middlesbrough with a groin injury, while a hamstring problem has sidelined Mackail-Smith from the last two matches.
Boss Sami Hyypia confirmed this morning: "They can't play tomorrow. They are both out."
Teixeira suffered a blow to the head in an aerial collision seconds into the match against Boro and was eventually taken off in the first half.
Hyypia said: "Of course Joao is a concern. When you get a bang on the head you never know what's going to happen.
"He seems to be fine but he still doesn't remember a lot of what happened, so we need to assess the situation and see if he can take part."
Inigo Calderon will continue to deputise for Bruno at right-back.
The doubts over Teixeira's participation raises the possibility of Paddy McCourt, the Portugese yougster's replacement against Boro, making his first Championship start.
Rohan Ince could be another contender for the starting line-up in midfield, with Hyypia declaring: "There might be some changes".
