Albion fans have been told they can still snap up play-off tickets.
But they must have bought a home or away ticket from the club in the last three seasons.
Tickets for the first leg of the semi-final at home to Derby on Thursday are available online via seagulls.co.uk and up to four can be bought per person, subject to purchase history.
Online purchasers are strongly advised to use the print-at-home option as the club expect a large number of collections and a long queueing time before the game.
Those unable to print at home are advised to collect from the Amex this afternoon, tomorrow or on Thursday morning, with the ticket office open from 9am until 7pm on each day.
Fans can also book by phone on 0844 327 1901. The print-at-home option is not available for telephone bookings.
