Oscar Garcia says Albion have an extra incentive to get their promotion challenge back on track - winning at Sheffield Wednesday for the first time.
The Seagulls have never triumphed at Hillsborough as they try to recover tomorrow night from Saturday's 2-0 home defeat by Ipswich.
Oscar said: "There is another motivation, to win for the first time there, although we have enough motivation to try to beat them."
Albion have lost seven and drawn six of their 13 visits to Hillsborough dating back to an FA Cup tie in 1913.
They were beaten 3-1 last season on Matt Upson's debut, which included a red card for Ashley Barnes.
The last point they picked up at Hillsborough was in 2005, when Colin Kazim-Richards salvaged a 1-1 draw with a last-gasp equaliser.
Wednesday have won their last three home games.
