Eastbourne racer Joonas Kylmakorpi has been handed a Grand Prix wild card.
He will compete in the first ever Finnish GP, being staged in Tampere on May 17.
Kylmakorpi has Finnish parents but has been based in Stockholm until moving to Andorra last year.
It will be his fourth speedway GP but his first since 2004.
His Eagles team-mate Timo Lahti had hoped to get the nod.
But organisers have opted to give Finnish fans the chance to cheer the four-time world longtrack champion.
