Will Hoskins inched his way back towards first team contention for Albion tonight.
The striker played the whole game in a 1-0 defeat for the under 21s against Swansea at Lancing.
Hoskins had previously made two partial appearances for Simon Ireland's youngsters after a year out with knee damage.
Out-of-favour midfielder Kemy Agustien also featured as an over-age player against his former club as Albion were beaten by a 33rd minute goal from Gwion Edwards.
Right-back trialist Tom Leggett from Southampton prevented them from falling further behind with a goal-line clearance early in the second half before he was replaced after 69 minutes.
Another trialist, Connor Hunte from Chelsea, was substituted after 50 minutes.
Albion: Walton; Leggett (Hunt 69), Horncastle, Rea, Chicksen; Monakana, Richards, Agustien, Hunte (Starkey 50); Hoskins, Muitt. Subs not used: Wray, Deen, Harris.
