Reading have made four changes as they take on Albion today.
And there are some key players missing due to fatigue and injury.
The Royals will kick off without centre-back Kaspers Gorkks, powerful midfielder Danny Williams, dangerous wideman Garath McCleary and target man Pavel Pogrebnyak.
Michael Hector, 21, makes his full debut in place of Gorkss in defence.
Adam Le Fondre leads the attack and there are suggestions Hal Robson-Kanu could be up there with him.
Former Real Madrid wideman Royston Drenthe starts after a bright performance off the bench to help rescue a point off Yeovil last week.
Reading: McCarthy, Gunter, Hector, Pearce, Obita; Guthrie, Akpan, Drenthe, Blackman; Robson-Kanu, Le Fondre. Subs: Federici, Kelly, Gorkss, Tshibola, J.Taylor, McCleary, McAnuff.
