Kemy Agustien has been told to contribute more on a daily basis to force his way back into first team contention for Albion.
The enigmatic Dutch midfielder was dropped into the development team for yesterday’s 5-2 thrashing at Bristol City as the Seagulls try to get him fitter for first team action.
Agustien has only started eight games after arriving from Swansea in the summer on a two-year contract.
The 27-year-old has not featured in Oscar Garcia’s plans since he was substituted in the second half of the FA Cup tie at Port Vale at the end of January.
Oscar’s No. 2 Nathan Jones, pictured above, told The Argus: “Kemy is a fantastic player. We just need a little bit more from him. He is endeavouring to do that.
“He needs to contribute every single day and that’s what he’s learning to do now. Every day he’s getting stonger.
“He’s a fantastic talent, we love him. Technically he is outstanding, Premier League talent, he’s just got to make sure he is contributing day in day out and he’s getting there.”
