Albion goalkeeping coach Ruben Martinez has been told to calm down after he was sent to the stands at The Amex against Nottingham Forest.
Martinez was dismissed from the technical area by referee Craig Pawson following a fracas and shoving match involving both benches.
The flashpoint came after Forest had taken a 3-1 lead in the second half and their midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah saw red for a second bookable offence.
The Chelsea loanee had already been cautioned in the first half for a tackle on Kazenga LuaLua when he nudged over the Albion winger.
Head coach Oscar Garcia said: “He sent-off Ruben, but he could have sent-off one of them.
“But I have spoken with him (Martinez). He has to keep calm. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep calm.”
Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies took issue with a TV cameraman on the touchline during the closing stages of the game for pointing the lens in his direction.
