Albion head coach Oscar Garcia has issued a warning about the counter-attacking threat posed by Sheffield Wednesday at The Amex tonight.
The Owls are third-bottom in the Championship without a victory and lost 4-1 in their last away outing at Birmingham after draws at Middlesbrough and Leeds.
Next-to-bottom Bolton, the only other side in the Championship yet to win, went ahead before Albion beat them 3-1 in their most recent game at The Amex.
Oscar said: “Like Bolton they have good players and they are very good on the counter-attack. It will be a tough game, because they are a very dangerous team. They are more comfortable when they play away.
“They have quick players up front and some players that are really dangerous. Normally when you play away you have more space.”
Albion have collected seven points from their last three home matches after losing their opening league fixture at The Amex against Derby County.
Oscar added: “The fans are smart enough to know that in the Champion-ship there are not any easy games. They have seen from the start of the season how difficult it is to win games here.”
