Albion have got that monkey off their backs at last.
The Seagulls are celebrating a come-from-behind win tonight - for the first time in more than two years.
Their 3-1 success over Bolton was their first comeback victory in 90 or 120 minutes since the opening day success over Doncaster in August 2011** .
Today’s win was achieved in the absence of several key players including their top scorer and their player of the year.
It came hot on the heels of solid points at Reading and QPR.
So now how do you think Albion will get on this season?
And have you revised your prediction since this time last week?
We’d love to know.
** (Albion won an FA Cup replay at Wrexham on penalties two seasons ago after going 1-0 down).
