Dean Hammond
Leicester City have snapped up former Albion skipper Dean Hammond on a two-year deal from Southampton.
Hammond spent last season on loan to the Seagulls, his second stint with the club.
He did not figure in Saints’ plans for the Premier League this term but is now on board at a club expected to challenge for a play-off place.
His move went through too late for him to be involved against Charlton today.
