Gordon Greer will still be leading Albion in the Championship next season.
The Seagulls have retained the services of their captain and centre-half by implementing their one-year option on his contract.
They have done the same with right-back Inigo Calderon, striker Ashley Barnes, keeper Peter Brezovan and injured forward Will Hoskins, and offered new deals to midfielder David and defender Adam El-Abd.
But Spanish playmaker Vicente, fringe midfielder Gary Dicker and second choice left-back Marcos Painter have been released.
Chairman Tony Bloom said: "I would like to thank Gary, Marcos and Vicente for their efforts on behalf of the club and wish them well in their future career."
Bloom has also thanked loan trio Wayne Bridge, Matt Upson and Dean Hammond for the parts they played as Albion finished fourth in the Championship, their highest finish for 30 years, before losing to Crystal Palace in the play-offs.
