With impressive reviews to date, Head Chef David Edward is passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients with a daily changing menu offering an exciting “untwist” on traditional British food. Locally sourced ingredients are a priority, and given Seattle’s proximity to the sea, the menu is strongly influenced by the fish and shellfish delivered fresh from Hove.

Enjoy devilled whitebait with garlic mayonnaise to start, or perhaps wild garlic soup. Main courses include a fish of day, the acclaimed Sussex fish pie and pork wellington. Not forgetting Bakewell pudding or local cheeses to finish the meal.
