Hundreds of Three mobile network customers have been left without signal this morning due to an outage.
More than 1,000 customers have reported problems with Three’s service so far today via Down Detector.
While more than half of complaints relate to a lack of signal from the mobile provider, customers have also reported issues with mobile internet, while others have had a total blackout on their mobile devices.
The issues started shortly after 7am this morning, and are ongoing, with more than 1,300 customers reporting issues currently.
A spokesman for Three said: “A small number of customers may be experiencing issues with our network this morning.
“Our engineers are working on the issue now to fix it as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
An issue was also reported on the Three network earlier this week.
On Tuesday, customers were having issues accessing the Three+ Rewards app.
Three Support UK posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, during the outage, saying: “We're aware of an issue affecting access to the Three+ Rewards app.
“Our team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible and we'll keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.”
