A video has captured the huge impact of Storm Ciarán in a coastal town in the south of England, with massive waves crashing into its harbour.
Plenty of amber and yellow weather warnings are in place for wind and rain in parts of the UK, with it mainly covering southern England and Wales.
Major incidents have been declared in Hampshire, the Isle of Wight and Jersey and hundreds of schools have closed.
Travel has also been affected for many, with train lines impacted by the weather and many companies telling their employees to work from home.
Some of southern England is covered by an amber weather warning for wind, and people in the town of Folkestone have certainly been feeling it.

The video from SWNS from earlier today (Thursday, November 2) shows the impact of the strong winds in Folkestone, which is stirring up huge waves that crash down onto the harbour.
It also shows how choppy the sea is near the coast and how enormous waves are breaking on the wall near a lighthouse.
Met Office Deputy Chief Meteorologist, Brent Walker, said of the storm: “Wind and rain warnings associated with Storm Ciarán are in force from tonight through until Friday, with further updates possible.
"These include Amber warnings for wind for parts of southwest England on Thursday morning and the far south and southeast of England Thursday daytime and early evening.
“Very strong winds are expected along southern coastal areas of England in particular, where gusts of 70 to 80mph are possible, perhaps exceeding 85 mph in a few exposed locations.
"Further inland, gusts could reach up to 50 or 60mph."
