Koci Selamaj, 36, was arrested on Sunday morning in Eastbourne, over a week after the body of the 28-year-old schoolteacher was found.
Sabina is believed to have left her home in Kidbrooke at around 8.30pm on September 17 and is thought to have been heading to a bar to visit a friend.
However, she was found dead the following day near a community centre close to her home.
