A CYCLIST has been left seriously injured after a suspected hit-and-run in Eastbourne.
The 52-year-old cyclist was riding in Cavendish Avenue, approaching the traffic lights at the junction with Firle Road, when he was hit.

It is thought the motorist left the scene of the collision.
Police are urging anyone who saw what happened, or who may have CCTV or dash cam footage, to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 1042 of 18/07.
