A 39-year-old man has been missing from his Hastings home for three weeks.
Philip Palmer, who has no fixed address, was last seen on August 22, when he picked up medication from his local pharmacy.
He is well-known in Hastings and regularly spends time in the town centre and seafront areas. It is believed he may have links to the Portsmouth area.
Last time he was seen it is believed he was wearing an army-style 95 pattern rucksack. He is described as white, 5ft 11ins', with short dark hair, brown eyes with a southern accent.
Sergeant Bob Daniels of Hastings Neighbourhood Response Team said: "Philip leads a nomadic lifestyle and may travel around the area.
"We are keen to hear from Philip or from anyone who has spoken to him in the last couple of weeks so that we can confirm he is safe and well."
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Sussex Police on 101.
